Our studio operates 6 days a week with small group mat classes and semi private classes taught by a team of experienced instructors. we also have a very busy one to one schedule but do no put availability for this on the booking system as we make ourselves available according to demand.
all new clients are required to complete the form below and may be asked to schedule an Initial assessment before joining the studio.
DURING JULY & AUGUST OUR SCHEDULE IS SLIGHTLY DISRUPTED BUT WE WILL BE BACK TO FULL CAPACITY IN SEPTEMBER.
