We are a team of experienced and highly qualified teachers who did not come to Pilates through the recent influx and trendiness that has been attached to Reformer Pilates. We also have many years of experience teaching people with a variety of issues and are often referred to by other practitioners. We have a reputation for our attention to detail. Check out the reviews page to see why our Clients love coming back time after time.

You get in touch, come for an initial assessment and discuss your needs and how you enjoy to move and learn. We have a very personal approach to our onboarding process so that we can ensure you get what you need.

Getting started is simple. Complete the enrolment form found on our Services/ Prices page and we will get back to you within 24 hours to arrange an Initial Assessment. Alternatively you can head straight to the schedule and look for an Initial Assessment slot. However please don’t book into any Semi Private or Mat Classes before this.

Because we run small groups containing clients who have built up their relationship with us over time, we don’t feel having ‘random’ people dropping in for one class a fair way to run to take care of the community. We suggest an Initial Assessment to see what we are about and take it from there.
